Job Summary

We are looking for a agile and target-oriented Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills with a passion for sales and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop current business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital channels.
Generate and qualify leads to build a strong sales pipeline.
Meet prospective clients to understand their business requirements.
Present company products/services and provide suitable solutions.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts.
Follow up with prospects and convert leads into customers.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and sales activities in CRM.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.




Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
0–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition.
Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
