Job Title: Site Supervisor(Civil)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Civil Site Supervisor to oversee daily construction activities, ensure quality workmanship, maintain safety standards, and complete projects on time.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily site activities and construction work.
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and workers.
Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Monitor project progress and prepare daily work reports.
Plan and allocate manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently.
Inspect construction work and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Identify and resolve in office issues promptly.
Maintain site records, including attendance, material usage, and work progress.
Coordinate with the procurement team for timely material delivery.




Ensure project milestones are achieved within the scheduled timeline.

Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
0–5 years of experience as a Civil Site Supervisor (or as required).
Valuable knowledge of construction methods, drawings, and quality standards.
Ability to manage workers and coordinate with multiple teams.
Robust communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is an added advantage.

Salary: As per experience and company standards.

Pay: ₹10,092.99 - ₹30,458.57 per month
