Role & responsibilities
Perform laboratory synthesis and formulation development as per project requirements.
Execute experiments and maintain accurate laboratory records.
Conduct analytical testing and interpret experimental results.
Assist in process optimization and scale-up activities.
Prepare technical reports, SOPs, and development documentation.
Ensure compliance with laboratory safety and quality guidelines.
Coordinate with QA, QC, Production, and Purchase teams for project execution.
Troubleshoot technical issues during product and process development.
Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure proper calibration.
Support current product development and technology transfer activities.

Preferred candidate profile
Strong knowledge of organic synthesis, analytical techniques, or formulation development.




Hands-on experience with laboratory instruments (HPLC, GC, UV-Vis, FTIR, etc., as applicable).
Good laboratory documentation practices (GLP/GDP).
Problem-solving and analytical skills.
MS Excel and MS Office proficiency.
Positive communication and teamwork skills.

Perks and perks
Experience in CRO, Pharmaceutical, Specialty Chemicals, API, or Fine Chemical industry.
Exposure to process development, analytical method development, or formulation R&D.;
Familiarity with laboratory safety practices and regulatory documentation.

Experience in handling customer-specific or custom synthesis projects.
