We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented Sales Executive – RMC to drive sales growth and strengthen customer relationships across assigned territories. The ideal candidate should have experience in the construction and building materials industry with the ability to understand customer requirements, identify business prospects, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Generate and develop business opportunities for Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) and related construction material solutions.
Identify and acquire current customers including builders, contractors, developers, consultants, and project clients.
Maintain and strengthen long-term customer relationships to support repeat business.
Conduct regular site visits and customer meetings within assigned locations.
Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales effectively.
Coordinate with operations and dispatch teams to ensure timely product delivery and customer satisfaction.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and project opportunities.
Track collections and ensure timely payment follow-up.




Submit periodic sales reports, forecasts, and customer updates to management.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Required Qualifications & Experience
Qualification: Any Degree
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Construction / Building Materials Industry
Prior exposure to RMC (Ready Mix Concrete), cement, dry mix mortar, aggregates, or related construction products will be preferred.

Skills & Competencies
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Customer relationship management.
Market development and business expansion capability.
Technical understanding of construction materials and applications.
Ability to travel frequently within assigned territories.
Self-driven with target-oriented approach.
