We are looking for an experienced Assistant Planning Manager to join our Planning & Project Controls team and play a key role in planning, scheduling, monitoring, and controlling project execution across multiple developments.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
Develop Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), project baselines, milestones, and Critical Path Method (CPM) schedules.
Monitor project progress against planned schedules and identify delays.




Perform delay analysis and recommend recovery plans.
Prepare weekly and monthly look-ahead schedules.
Generate MIS reports, dashboards, S-Curves, and project progress reports.
Coordinate with Construction, Design, Procurement, Finance, Sales/CRM, PMCs, and Contractors.
Review contractor schedules and integrate them into the master project programme.
Support material planning, procurement schedules, and budget tracking.
Ensure adherence to MahaRERA timelines and internal planning SOPs.

Required Qualifications:
B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)
PG / Master's in Construction Management or Project Management (Preferred)

Experience:
8+ years of experience in Project Planning & Scheduling.
Experience in the Real Estate or Construction industry is mandatory.
Experience handling residential and high-rise projects is preferred.
