Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled anddetail-oriented Facility Technician to join our esteemeddata centre team. As a Facility Technician, your primaryresponsibilities will include the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairof critical infrastructure components withinour state-of-the-art data centre facility. This encompassespower systems, generators, HVAC systems, cooling systems, fire suppressionsystems, security systems, and other essential facility equipment.Additionally, you will play a key role in monitoring environmental conditionsand ensuring strict compliance with safety regulations.

The ideal candidate for this positionwill possess exceptional technical skills, a keen eye for detail, andthe ability to thrive in a agile and quick-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintenance and Repair:
Perform regular maintenance tasks and promptly address any issues or malfunctions with critical infrastructure components such as power systems, generators, HVAC systems, cooling systems,



and fire suppression systems.
Troubleshooting:
Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with facility equipment to identify root causes and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime and maintain operational efficiency.
Monitoring and Oversight:
Monitor environmental conditions within the data centre, including temperature, humidity, and air quality, to ensure optimal operating conditions for equipment and compliance with industry standards.
Safety and Compliance:
Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working workplace for all personnel and ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards governing data centre facilities.
Emergency Response:
Respond promptly to emergency situations, such as power outages or equipment failures, and implement contingency plans to mitigate risks and minimize disruptions to data centre operations.
