Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Sales Manager to support our sales operations in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in building materials, construction products, or related sectors, with a solid ability to develop client relationships, generate business, and achieve sales targets. Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning and executing sales strategies to achieve business targets.
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction industry.
Build and maintain robust relationships with contractors, builders, architects, consultants, and distributors.
Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and site visits.
Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close sales.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.




Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and maintain CRM records.
Support the Sales Manager in achieving regional sales objectives.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
3+years of sales experience in the construction, building materials, cement, steel, tiles, paints, or related industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and site visits.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
