Job Summary

The Senior Operations Specialist – Services is responsible for managing end-to-end post-order operations, ensuring timely service delivery, coordinating with global stakeholders, and driving operational excellence. This role requires robust organizational skills, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining compliance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain effective communication with managers, internal stakeholders, customers, and vendors to ensure seamless operational execution.
Manage end-to-end post-order operations, ensuring timely deployment and delivery of services.
Develop, implement, and maintain operational processes and system assurance protocols.
Monitor operational activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Create Purchase Orders (POs), delivery notes, and other operational documentation within the ERP/CRM system.
Track vendor and customer invoices, payments, and related documentation to ensure timely processing.
Support Accounts Payable (AP)



and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities as required.
Coordinate with sourcing, procurement, finance, and other cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operational workflows and compliance.
Manage global operations efficiently while meeting productivity, quality, and cost objectives.
Identify prospects to improve operational processes, enhance efficiency, and reduce errors.
Prepare project status updates, closure reports, and management reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies, customer requirements, and applicable business standards.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in operations, project coordination, or service delivery.
Robust understanding of operational processes and project coordination.
Experience using CRM systems
