Role & responsibilities
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of tool room machines.
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic faults.
Maintain machines such as CNC Milling, CNC Turning, Surface Grinder, Cylindrical Grinder, EDM, Wire Cut EDM, Radial Drilling Machine, Lathe, Milling Machine, and other tool room equipment.
Inspect machines regularly to identify wear and potential failures.
Replace worn or damaged machine components.
Maintain lubrication schedules and machine calibration.
Coordinate with the production and tool room teams to minimize machine downtime.
Maintain maintenance records, machine history, and service reports.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
Assist in installation and commissioning of recent machines.
