Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Ruby on Rails Developer, located in Delhi, India. The Ruby on Rails Developer will be responsible for back-end web development, front-end development, object-oriented programming, and test-driven development. These tasks include but aren't limited to writing, testing, and maintaining the codebase, participating in code reviews, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.

Qualifications:
Proficiency in Back-End Web Development and Front-End Development
Robust understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and Model-View-Controller (MVC) architecture
Experience with Test Driven Development




Skills with Ruby on Rails
Fluency in database architecture and design
Experience with Agile software development methodologies and Git
Solid problem-solving skills with an emphasis on consistency and attention to detail
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

Requirements:
2+ years overall experience on Ruby & Rails
B.Tech (Mandatory) – Applications from other educational backgrounds will not be considered.
Strong programming skills (Ruby, Java, Python preferred)
Experience with REST APIs, JSON & relational databases
Cloud exposure (GCP preferred)
Experience in AI/ML domain
Knowledge of React, Kafka, Elixir
Understanding of system design, data structures & algorithms
Robust analytical, debugging & leadership skills
Excellent communication skills
