We are looking for a agile and detail-oriented
Trainee – Operations
to support our operations team in customer service, coordination, MIS reporting, and data analysis.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer service-related activities and support.
Coordinate with Plants, Depots (3PLs), and Vendors for smooth operations.
Perform data entry, data analysis, and maintain operational records.
Prepare and publish MIS reports and Vendor Scorecards.
Required Skills
Graduate in any discipline.
Robust proficiency in
Advanced Excel
and
PowerPoint
(
mandatory
).
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
Fresh graduates with solid Excel skills are encouraged to apply.
