Role & responsibilities :-
We manage and process millions records each month for campaigns.
Your job is to keep our data accurate, compliant, and production-ready, ensuring each record moves smoothly from raw data to usable campaign lists without duplication or compliance risk.
You'll work closely with the UK Data & Compliance team and Campaign Managers to manage data ingestion, suppression checks, deduplication, and list allocations across multiple live campaigns.
Handle daily import/export of large datasets (CSV, Parquet, SQL) across campaigns.
Perform data cleaning, standardisation, and deduplication using SQL and Python/Excel tools.
Manage suppression lists, TPS/CI TPS, and Do Not Call (DNC) filters before data release.
Maintain and update consent and opt-out logs in line with GDPR/PECR guidance.
Support the UK team with dial-eligibility checks (e.g., 60-day re-dial rules).
Monitor data pipelines and resolve QC issues or formatting errors in daily feeds.
Generate daily reports on lead volumes, data quality, and campaign allocations.
Assist with data integration into dialler/CRM platforms (Vicidial, GoHighLevel, HubSpot, etc.).
Ensure data security and confidentiality in every stage of handling.
Preferred candidate profile
Robust working knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL / MySQL).
Advanced Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups, deduping).
Familiarity with Python or ETL tools (nice to have).
Understanding of data formats (CSV, JSON, Parquet).
Comfortable handling datasets with 110 million rows.
Robust attention to detail and consistency in naming, formatting, and logging.
Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
