Job Summary:
The Collection Team Leader is responsible for managing a team of collection executives, ensuring recovery targets are achieved while maintaining quality, compliance, and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, motivate, and monitor the collection team.
Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets are achieved.
Track team performance and prepare MIS reports.
Conduct team huddles, coaching, and performance reviews.
Handle escalated customer cases professionally.
Ensure compliance with company policies and collection guidelines.
Coordinate with operations and management to improve recovery performance.
Train and onboard recent collection executives.
Maintain discipline, attendance, and productivity within the team.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
