Role & responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to generate insurance leads and activate agents for Insurance business.
Explain insurance products and address customer queries.
Schedule appointments for the sales team.
Follow up with customers, Agents for current business and policy renewals.
Achieve daily and monthly calling/ Activisation targets.
Update customer details in the CRM.
