Hostelwala is looking for a responsible and energetic Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our hostels in Nagpur. Freshers with solid leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily hostel operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Coordinate with wardens, housekeeping, security, and kitchen teams.
Ensure timely food distribution from the central kitchen to all hostels.
Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance of hostel premises.
Resolve operational issues and ensure a positive student experience.
Maintain operational records and prepare daily reports.
Coordinate with different departments for efficient hostel management.

Requirements




Graduate in any discipline.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Solid leadership and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment.
