Attend and coordinate customer service requests for preventive maintenance, breakdowns, and AMC services.
Assist service engineers by scheduling daily service visits and ensuring timely job allocation.
Prepare and maintain job cards, service reports, quotations, and other service-related documentation.
Update customer records, machine history, and service call status in the ERP/CRM system.
Coordinate with the spare parts team for timely availability and dispatch of required parts.
Support the Service Manager in preparing MIS reports, maintaining service records, and ensuring smooth day-to-day service operations.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
