Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with robust expertise in Capital Markets and Murex. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in gathering business requirements, analyzing trading workflows, and delivering solutions across front-to-back trade lifecycle processes. The candidate should be able to work closely with business stakeholders, development teams, QA, and product owners to ensure successful implementation of business requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand trading, operations, and regulatory requirements.
Translate business requirements into Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), and user stories.
Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements.
Collaborate with development, QA,



and support teams throughout the SDLC.
Conduct impact analysis for new enhancements and system changes.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect triage, and production releases.
Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and requirement walkthroughs.
Ensure solution alignment with business objectives and compliance requirements.

Mandatory Skills
7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
Solid Capital Markets domain experience (Mandatory).
Hands-on Murex experience (Mandatory).
Robust understanding of Front Office, Middle Office, and Back Office processes.
Experience with the complete Trade Lifecycle, including:
Trade Capture
Trade Validation
Confirmations
Settlements
Reconciliation
Risk Management
Experience in requirement gathering, business process analysis, and documentation.
Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skil
