Job Summary:

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to be the face of Meister Rehab. As the first point of contact for patients and clients, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming workplace and ensuring smooth front desk operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients/clients warmly at the front desk
Answer phone calls, WhatsApp, and respond to inquiries professionally
Schedule appointments and maintain daily appointment logs
Follow up with patients for bookings, payments, and reminders
Maintain patient records and update treatment files
Collect payments and manage billing receipts accurately
Coordinate with physiotherapists and other team members
Maintain cleanliness and order at the reception area




Assist in basic administrative and clerical tasks

Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Graduation preferred)
Prior experience in a clinic, hospital, or service-based setup is a plus
Good communication skills in Hindi, Gujarati, and basic English
Basic computer and mobile application skills (Excel, WhatsApp, billing software)
Punctual, organized, and polite
Trustworthy and able to handle cash responsibly
