Schedule appointments and meetings for the Business Development or Sales team with qualified leads.
Build and maintain a solid pipeline of prospective clients to support business growth.
Maintain accurate lead information, follow-up records, and activity reports in the CRM system.
Conduct timely follow-ups with prospects to nurture relationships and improve conversion rates.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to improve lead generation strategies and campaign performance.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and outreach targets.
Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
