Job Responsibilities
Make 80 to 120 outbound calls to candidates every day (mandatory).
Explain job opportunities and screen interested candidates.
Assess candidate eligibility based on job requirements.
Schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Maintain accurate candidate records and update recruitment trackers.
Meet daily calling and recruitment targets while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Requirements
10th Pass / 12th Pass / Undergraduate / Graduate.
6 months to 1 year of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Inside Sales, or Recruitment.
Valuable communication and convincing skills.
Must be comfortable making 80 to 120 outbound calls per day and working in a target-based setting.
Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.
