Sales order confirmation by email & customer communication by email & send so acceptance
Weekly/monthly sales report preparation & review meeting with production, dispatch & Quality
Ensure align the Customer follow up for orders & delivery
Dispatch readiness follow up with the production/deburring
Monthly sales planning data preparation
Sales order verification (drawing revision & pricing)
Job work follow up for timely completion
Create & Maintain sales order in tally/ERP/Excel & sales order register
Update & Monitor open sales order in excel
Resolve customer queries related to order delivery
Sales order confirmation emails along with relevant purchase order documents
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
