Floor Command: Supervise waiters and bus staff, organize shift rosters, conduct daily pre-service briefings, and delegate tasks.
Service Architecture: Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensure flawless sequence of service, and upsell premium items or daily specials.
Billing & Inventory: Present bills, process payments, and conduct inventory checks on operating equipment and supplies.
