Key Responsibilities
Execute daily production activities for structural fabrication, sheet metal processing, and assembly as per production plans.
Supervise fabrication operations including cutting, CNC laser cutting, shearing, bending, punching, drilling, rolling, welding, grinding, and final assembly.
Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality, safety, and productivity standards.
Allocate manpower, machines, and resources efficiently to maximize production output.
Read and interpret fabrication drawings, General Arrangement (GA) drawings, fabrication details, and Bill of Materials (BOM).
Coordinate with PPC, Design, Procurement, Stores, Quality, and Dispatch departments for smooth production flow.
Monitor production progress and identify bottlenecks affecting delivery schedules.
Ensure optimum utilization of machines, welding equipment, tools, and consumables.
Supervise MIG, TIG, ARC welding, structural fit-up,
