Job Description:

Looking for experienced SMT Operators to join our Electronics Manufacturing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SMT assembly operations and machine handling.

Roles & Responsibilities
Operate SMT assembly machines and perform end-to-end production activities.
Handle Pick & Place machines such as NXT and AIMEX-III.
Create, modify, and manage machine programs as per production requirements.
Perform component teaching, loading, and unloading activities.
Monitor machine performance and ensure smooth production operations.
Analyze machine errors, identify root causes, and perform basic troubleshooting.
Follow production, quality, and safety procedures.

Required Skills




Experience in SMT Assembly Line Operations.
Hands-on experience with NXT and AIMEX-III Pick & Place Machines.
Knowledge of SMT machine programming and setup.
Component teaching, feeder setup, and machine operation skills.
Basic troubleshooting and root cause analysis abilities.
Understanding of electronic components and PCB assembly processes.
Positive analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile
1 to 3 years of experience in SMT Manufacturing/Assembly.
Experience in Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) industry is preferred.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced production workplace.
