Job Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and motivate the telesales team to achieve sales targets.
Monitor daily calling activities and team performance.
Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls.
Ensure timely follow-up with prospective customers.
Maintain accurate records in CRM and prepare daily/weekly reports.
Train recent team members and conduct regular performance reviews.
Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing teams to maximize conversions.
Resolve customer queries and handle escalations professionally.

Requirements




3–5 years of experience in telesales, with at least 1–2 years in a team lead role.
Experience in the real estate industry is preferred.
Solid leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM software.
Target-driven with excellent negotiation and closing skills.
