Job Title: Telecaller

Job Summary:
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to contact potential and existing customers by phone. The ideal candidate should have valuable communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle customer inquiries professionally.

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Answer incoming customer calls and resolve queries.
Explain products or services clearly and persuade customers when appropriate.
Follow up on leads and maintain customer relationships.
Record call details and update customer information in the database.
Meet daily or monthly call and sales targets.
Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.





Required Skills:
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Valuable listening and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software is a plus).
Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
Robust persuasion and negotiation skills.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (12th pass); a bachelor's degree is preferred by some employers.
Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is an advantage but not always required.

Working Hours:
Full-time or part-time, depending on the organization.
May require rotational shifts in some industries.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
