Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer with hands-on experience implementing and customizing ServiceNow Vulnerability Response (VR). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, integrating, and enhancing ServiceNow SecOps and VR capabilities while ensuring scalable, secure, and effective vulnerability management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

ServiceNow Development
Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow Vulnerability Response solutions.
Build workflows, Flow Designer automations, business rules, client scripts, script includes, UI policies, and integrations.
Develop custom applications and enhancements within the ServiceNow platform.
Configure vulnerability groups, remediation workflows, assignment rules, and risk scoring models.

Vulnerability Response Implementation
Implement and support ServiceNow Vulnerability Response and Security Operations modules.
Configure scanner integrations with Qualys, Tenable, Rapid7, Microsoft Defender, and other security tools.




Develop automated remediation and vulnerability tracking workflows.
Design and optimize vulnerability management lifecycle processes.

Integration & Automation
Develop REST and SOAP integrations.
Integrate ServiceNow with CMDB, security tools, asset management systems, and ticketing platforms.
Build and maintain MID Server integrations.
Automate security operations processes using Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.

Platform Engineering
Perform code reviews and platform optimization.
Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development best practices.
Support upgrades, patches, and platform maintenance activities.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.

Reporting & Analytics
Develop dashboards and executive reporting for vulnerability management programs.
Create metrics and KPIs to measure remediation effectiveness and SLA compliance.
