Quality Automation Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
Design, plan, and execute comprehensive functional test scenarios across low-code/no-code business applications and automation workflows, ensuring high-quality and reliable product delivery.
Develop, enhance, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks with a strong focus on Playwright (mandatory), along with experience in Selenium or similar tools as an added advantage.
Build, execute, and maintain robust automated regression suites, integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines, and ensure consistency and reliability of test execution.
Collaborate closely with product owners, developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements, define acceptance criteria, and ensure alignment throughout delivery.
Perform API testing using tools such as Postman, REST Assured,



or equivalent frameworks to validate backend services and integrations.
Participate actively in Agile ceremonies (refinement, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives), promoting a quality-first mindset across the team.
Lead defect triage, perform root cause analysis, and drive effective resolution to ensure continuous improvement.
Create and maintain structured documentation including test plans, test cases, automation scripts, and test reports using tools like Jira, Zephyr, Confluence, etc.

Required Skills & Qualifications
78 years of hands-on experience in software testing with strong expertise in functional testing and test automation.
Mandatory hands-on experience with Playwright for UI test automation (JavaScript/TypeScript preferred).
Proven experience in building and maintaining up-to-date automation frameworks; exposure to Selenium WebDriver or similar tools is a plus.
