Terra Rex Realty is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to manage customer relationships, provide timely support, and ensure a smooth customer experience throughout the real estate journey.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries and provide timely resolutions.
Maintain regular communication with customers through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
Coordinate with the Sales, CRM, Accounts, Legal, and Operations teams.
Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems regularly.
Follow up with customers regarding documentation, payments, agreements, possession, and other project-related matters.
Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure proper escalation and resolution.
Coordinate site visits, meetings, and customer interactions when required.
Maintain proper records of customer communication and follow-up activities.
Support customer retention and improve overall customer satisfaction.
Prepare regular reports regarding customer follow-ups, complaints, and pending matters.




Ensure professional and timely communication with all customers.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in Real Estate, CRM, Customer Service, or Relationship Management preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good command of English and Hindi; Punjabi will be an added advantage.
Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM software.
Ability to handle customer concerns calmly and professionally.
Valuable organizational and problem-solving abilities.
