Job Title: EV Mechanic / Electric Vehicle Technician

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic EV Mechanic to inspect, diagnose, repair, and maintain electric vehicles. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of EV systems, batteries, electrical components, and mechanical repairs while ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair faults in electric vehicles.
Inspect, maintain, and service EV batteries, motors, controllers, and charging systems.
Perform routine maintenance such as brake servicing, suspension checks, tire replacement, and general vehicle inspections.
Troubleshoot electrical and electronic systems using diagnostic tools.
Replace defective components and ensure proper functioning of all vehicle systems.
Conduct battery health checks and follow safe battery handling procedures.
Test vehicles after repairs to ensure quality and safety standards.




Maintain accurate service records and job cards.
Keep the workshop clean and follow all safety protocols.
Stay updated on the latest EV technologies and repair techniques.

Required Qualifications
ITI/Diploma in Automobile, Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering.
Certification in Electric Vehicle Technology is an added advantage.
1–3 years of experience in automobile servicing (EV experience preferred).
Freshers with EV training may also apply.

Required Skills
Knowledge of EV batteries, motors, controllers, and charging systems.
Understanding of electrical wiring diagrams and diagnostic equipment.
Robust troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with hand tools and workshop equipment.
Positive communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently and meet service deadlines.

Preferred Skills
Experience with electric two-wheelers or four-wheelers.
Knowledge of lithium-ion
