Responsible for the maintenance and smooth operation of utilities, and facility equipment through preventive maintenance, breakdown support, vendor coordination, inventory control.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor AMC activities and coordinate with service vendors.
Perform routine inspection and preventive maintenance of utilities.
Attend machine breakdowns and support repair activities.
Support IT team during server-related maintenance.
Check fire alarm, access control, CCTV, UPS, generator, and other utility systems.
Verify spare parts inventory and arrange purchases/renewals when required.
Maintain maintenance records, reports, and service documentation.
Report equipment performance, utility consumption, and maintenance activities to the Manager.




Identify and implement improvement prospects in machinery and facilities.

Qualification
Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related Engineering.

Experience
0–3 years in Electrical Maintenance, Engineering, or Facility Management.
