Roles & Responsibilities
Generate leads through personal networking, digital platforms, referrals, and field marketing.
Meet prospective customers and understand their property requirements.
Conduct site visits and explain project features, pricing, and payment plans.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Follow up with potential buyers until deal closure.
Coordinate with the sales team for documentation and booking processes.
Maintain records of customer interactions and sales activities.




Achieve monthly sales targets.

Eligibility
Minimum 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).
Experience in real estate, sales, banking, insurance, or marketing is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
Own smartphone is mandatory.
Two-wheeler and valid driving license are preferred.
