Head of Talent Acquisition (Regional Role APAC role based in Bengaluru)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced head of Talent acquisition to lead a global recruitment portfolio and a team of six recruiters across APAC. . This is a pivotal role for driving strategic hiring initiatives, modernizing recruitment processes, and elevating talent acquisition practices across the organization.

The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset, solid stakeholder management skills, and a passion for continuous improvement, while remaining hands-on and able to coach, guide, and inspire the TA team.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a APAC TA team spanning across the key markets in Asia including ANZ, overseeing end-to-end recruitment delivery across all business lines (corporate and technical).
Own the full talent acquisition strategy, ensuring alignment with business needs and market conditions
Drive modernization and digitalization of TA processes, implementing automation, data-driven decision-making,



and continuous improvement initiatives
Partner with senior leadership to shape workforce planning, educate stakeholders on recruitment processes, and set realistic expectations around timelines and talent availability
Establish and monitor TA metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, quality of hire, pipeline health), creating actionable insights and market intelligence to improve performance
Ensure high-quality candidate experience and effective onboarding practices
Oversee agency management and negotiate recruitment partnerships as needed
Coach and develop junior recruiters and long-serving team members, building engagement and strengthening overall TA capability.
Support wider talent management initiatives including succession planning, performance management, and leadership development (particularly in Hong Kong).
