Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator (Back Office) to manage backend sales coordination, enquiry handling, quotation submission, commercial follow-ups, and order processing activities.

The candidate will coordinate the complete sales cycle from enquiry generation to order confirmation by handling customer communication, commercial offers,



negotiation follow-ups, and internal coordination with different departments.

This role primarily involves handling the complete backend sales workflow:

Enquiry → Offer Submission → Follow-Up / Chase-Up → Negotiation Coordination → Offer Review etc.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Process Coordination
Manage complete backend sales coordination activities from enquiry stage to order closure
Handle enquiries received through digital business channels and online business platforms
Understand customer requirements and coordinate internally for pricing, specifications, and product details
Coordinate quotation preparation, commercial offers, and offer submissions
Conduct regular follow-ups (chase-up) with customers regarding submitted quotations and offers
Coordinate negotiation discussions and commercial revisions with internal departments
Maintain proper tracking of enquiry status, Won/Lost reports, and sales pipe
