Summary:
The Cisco SD-WAN Catalyst Build and Support Senior Expert plays a crucial role in ensuring secure and effective connectivity for critical applications within a global network. Focused on design, deployment, and support, this position serves as a key technical advisor for Cisco SD-WAN technologies.

Main Responsibilities:
Lead the architecture, deployment, and configuration of Cisco SD-WAN Catalyst solutions.
Develop and maintain technical documentation related to solution designs and implementation plans.
Integrate SD-WAN solutions with existing network infrastructures and cloud settings.
Collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment with business objectives.
Provide advanced technical support for Cisco SD-WAN, including incident response and performance optimization.
Serve as an escalation point for complex SD-WAN issues.
Monitor network health, performance, and security, addressing potential risks proactively.
Stay updated with product updates and industry trends to recommend enhancements.




Conduct training sessions for IT Level 2 staff and user support groups.
Ensure compliance with security policies and relevant regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
8+ years of experience in network engineering, with at least 2 years on Cisco SD-WAN solutions.
Deep expertise in Cisco SD-WAN Catalyst (vManage, vSmart, vBond, edge devices).
Strong understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VPNs, QoS).
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Cisco CCIE certification.

Nice to Have:
Experience with cloud networking (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud).
Relevant certifications (Cisco CCNP Enterprise, Cisco SD-WAN Specialist).
