We are looking for a Telecaller Cum Counsellor to join our team. Freshers are welcome to apply. If you have valuable communication skills, a positive attitude, and are eager to learn, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
Call and follow up with leads.
Counsel prospective customers/students about our services.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate guidance.
Maintain records of calls and follow-ups.
Convert inquiries into admissions/sales.
Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth customer support.

Requirements:
Fresher or experienced candidates can apply.
Good communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus).
Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer operations.
Confident, polite, and customer-focused personality.
Ability to achieve daily calling and follow-up targets.

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹16,000 per month.
