ob Responsibilities
Operate CNC woodworking machines for modular furniture and interior manufacturing.
Load CNC programs and ensure accurate machining of plywood, MDF, particle board, laminates, and other wood-based materials.
Read and interpret production drawings, cutlists, and machining files.
Monitor machine performance to ensure precision and quality.
Perform routine machine setup, calibration, and preventive maintenance.
Coordinate with the design, cutlist, and production teams to ensure smooth workflow.
Minimize material wastage and optimize production efficiency.
Ensure daily production targets are achieved while maintaining quality standards.
Follow all machine safety and factory operating procedures.

Requirements
1–3 years of experience operating CNC machines in woodworking, modular furniture,



or interior manufacturing.
Ability to read technical drawings, cutlists, and production documents.
Knowledge of CNC machine setup, tooling, and maintenance.
Understanding of wood-based materials such as plywood, MDF, HDF, particle board, and laminates.
Robust attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Preferred Skills
Experience working in a modular furniture or interior manufacturing factory.
Familiarity with CNC nesting workflows and production processes.
Ability to troubleshoot basic machine and production issues.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
