Key Skillsets :
Robust fundamentals in chemistry,



with a comprehensive understanding of materials science and device physics relevant to OLED displays
Demonstrated domain expertise in OLED materials, device physics, and evaporation processes,
Ability to support and manage technical programs involving internal teams and external partners like universities and material Suppliers
Working knowledge of materials synthesis, processing, and behavior across development and testing stages
Handson experience (or) strong working knowledge of material characterization techniques including DSC, TGA, NMR, ATR-IR, GC and Melting point analysis etc.
Solid understanding of OLED device testing and performance evaluation
Ability to analyze experimental data and correlate material properties with processing conditions and performance trends
Capability to track technical progress, facilitate technical discussions and provide structured updates to management
Ability to drive alignment, facilitate decisions and support timely execution across stake
