Job Summary:
The IPQA Officer is responsible for monitoring in-process quality assurance activities during pharmaceutical manufacturing to ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, and regulatory standards while maintaining product quality throughout the manufacturing process.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform line clearance before and after manufacturing and packaging activities
Conduct in-process quality checks during production and packing
Monitor manufacturing activities as per SOPs and GMP guidelines
Verify Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and Batch Packing Records (BPR)
Ensure compliance with GMP, GDP, and quality standards
Report deviations, non-conformities, and quality issues to the QA Manager
Coordinate with Production and QC departments for quality-related activities
Maintain IPQA documentation, records, and reports
Participate in internal audits and quality improvement initiatives
Ensure cleanliness, safety,
and compliance in production areas
Required Skills:
Basic knowledge of GMP, GLP, GDP, and pharmaceutical quality systems
Positive documentation and reporting skills
Robust observation and analytical abilities
Attention to detail and quality-focused approach
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)
Qualification:
B.Pharm / M.Pharm
B.Sc / M.Sc (Chemistry, Microbiology, Biotechnology)
Experience:
0–1 years in IPQA, QA, or pharmaceutical manufacturing
Freshers with B.Pharm, M.Pharm, B.Sc, or M.Sc are encouraged to apply.
Preferred Skills:
Basic understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes
Knowledge of WHO-GMP, Schedule M, and cGMP guidelines
Willingness to learn and work in a manufacturing setting
Ability to work in shifts, if required
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
