Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Adhesive Coating Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team in Thrissur. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience working as a Machine Operator or Technician in a manufacturing setting.

Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor adhesive coating machines efficiently and safely.
Set up machines according to production requirements.
Perform routine machine inspections and basic troubleshooting.
Ensure product quality meets company standards.
Maintain production records and report any machine issues.
Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
Keep the work area clean and organized.

Requirements:




Minimum 2 years of experience as a Machine Operator or Technician in a manufacturing unit.
Experience operating adhesive coating or similar industrial machines is preferred.
Basic mechanical troubleshooting and maintenance skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to work in shifts, if required.

Salary & Advantages:
Salary: As per industry standards (based on experience and skills).

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
