Position- Account Executive

Reporting To- Finance Manager / Accounts Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Account Executive to join our Finance & Accounts team. This prospect is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are looking to build a career in accounting and finance. The selected candidate will receive on-the-job training and will support day-to-day finance and accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities
Process vendor invoices and verify supporting documents.
Assist in Purchase Order (PO) and invoice matching.
Support Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities.
Assist in bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations.
Prepare journal entries under supervision.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Maintain accurate records in the ERP/accounting system.
Process employee expense reimbursements.
Prepare MIS reports as required by the Finance team.




Coordinate with internal departments and vendors to resolve invoice and payment-related queries.
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures.
Perform other finance-related tasks assigned by the reporting manager.

Eligibility
B.Com, BAF, BBI, BMS (Finance), M.Com, or equivalent qualification with 70% grade.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Candidates with 0–1 year of experience in Finance & Accounts will be preferred.

Required Skills
Basic understanding of accounting principles.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
Robust analytical and numerical skills.
Positive written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Ability to work effectively in a team and meet deadlines.

Work Timings
Regular Shift: 3:30 PM to 12:30 AM (IST).
Month-End Close: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM (IST). If needed Work From Home (WFH) will be allowed
