Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager / Delivery Manager to lead software product delivery and implementation engagements for large enterprise customers. The role involves managing end-to-end project execution, stakeholder relationships, delivery governance, and team leadership to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Manage software product delivery and implementation projects for complex enterprise accounts.
Ensure timely delivery, adherence to scope, quality standards, and customer satisfaction.
Build and maintain relationships with customer leadership and key stakeholders.




Coordinate with cross-functional teams to address delivery challenges and manage dependencies.
Identify, mitigate, and escalate project risks, issues, delays, and cost overruns.
Ensure Go-Live processes and delivery governance standards are followed.
Track project progress using Agile methodologies and project management tools.
Lead and mentor teams of Software Engineers and Business Analysts.
Manage resource allocation and project capacity planning.
