We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled Lab Superintendent to join our team at the University of Petroleum and Energy Studies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in laboratory operations and management, with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility
Supervise and manage all laboratory staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
Develop and implement laboratory protocols and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to ensure a secure working environment.
Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement current projects and initiatives.
Manage and maintain laboratory equipment and facilities,



including budgeting and cost control.
Ensure all laboratory activities comply with university policies and procedures.

Job Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in a laboratory setting, preferably in a supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of laboratory operations and management principles.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Solid problem-solving and analytical skills.
Familiarity with industry regulations and standards related to laboratory operations.
