Assist in the day-to-day operations of outlets and the corporate operations team.
Monitor sales, inventory, and operational performance across outlets.
Analyze operational data and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Support inventory planning, procurement, and stock reconciliation.
Coordinate with kitchen, operations, finance, marketing,HR, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth business operations.
Help develop and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, food costs, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business prospects.
Support the planning and execution of recent store launches, promotions, and operational improvement initiatives.
Assist in identifying process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
Perform other operational and administrative tasks as assigned.

Pay: ₹1,000.00 - ₹2,000.00 per month
