Key Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day operations of the optical store.
Achieve monthly and annual sales and revenue targets.
Deliver an outstanding customer experience and resolve customer concerns promptly.
Lead, motivate, train, and supervise store staff.
Ensure accurate dispensing of eyewear in coordination with optometrists and optical technicians.
Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and minimize stock shortages and overstocking.
Ensure proper merchandising and visual display of frames, lenses, and accessories.
Maintain store cleanliness and ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs.
Prepare daily sales reports, cash reconciliation, and operational reports.
Coordinate promotional campaigns and local marketing activities.
Handle vendor relationships and ensure timely procurement of products.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.




Diploma or certification in Optometry or Optical Retail Management is an advantage.
3–5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the optical or healthcare retail industry.
