Service Engineer –

Job Description (Key Responsibilities)
Install, commission, and test equipment at customer sites.
Perform preventive maintenance and routine servicing of machines.
Diagnose technical issues and carry out repairs efficiently.
Attend service calls promptly and ensure timely issue resolution.
Prepare and maintain service reports and documentation.
Coordinate with the technical team for major repairs and unresolved issues.
Train customers on equipment operation and basic maintenance.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during service activities.
Maintain tools, spare parts, and service inventory.
Provide technical support to the sales team whenever required.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships through qualified service.
Travel to customer locations for installation, maintenance, and emergency breakdown support.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
