Project Planning & Scheduling:
Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
Utilize project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project) to create and maintain detailed schedules.
Align project timelines with business objectives and ensure adherence to master schedules.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants to integrate design and construction phases seamlessly.

Budgeting & Cost Control:
Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring financial resources are allocated effectively.
Monitor expenditures and implement cost-saving strategies where feasible.
Conduct regular financial reviews to track project costs against budgets and forecasts.




Optimize resource allocation and procurement processes to minimize cost overruns.

Risk & Quality Management:
Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Conduct quality audits and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project outcomes.
Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, including RERA and local building codes.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month
