Role & responsibilities:
Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into test scenarios, and test cases.
Collaborate with developers and clients to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented.
Execute manual testing to identify, document, and track the defects.
Perform functional, regression, integration, performance, and usability testing.
Validate business requirements and ensure solutions meet user expectations and quality standards.
Maintain project documentation, test reports, requirement documents, and defect logs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
-Bachelors degree in computer science, IT, or any related field.
-Basic understanding of software testing concepts.
-Solid analytical and communication skills.
-Should have high integrity and honesty.
-Should have accountability and responsible attitude towards their work.
