Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and skilled NOC Engineer with solid experience in Cisco Networking, Firewall Management, and Data Center Operations. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining enterprise network infrastructure, ensuring maximum uptime and service availability. The role requires hands-on expertise in network operations, incident management, firewall administration, and data center support.

Key Responsibilities

Network Monitoring & Operations
Monitor and manage enterprise network infrastructure including LAN, WAN, WLAN, and Data Center networks.
Perform proactive monitoring using tools such as SolarWinds, PRTG, Nagios, LogicMonitor, or Zabbix.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve network incidents within SLA timelines.
Escalate complex issues to L2/L3 teams and vendors as required.
Ensure high availability and optimal performance of network services.

Cisco Networking
Configure and troubleshoot Cisco routers, switches, and wireless infrastructure.




Support routing protocols including OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, and static routing.
Manage VLANs, STP, EtherChannel, HSRP, and Layer 2/Layer 3 networking.
Analyze network traffic and perform troubleshooting using packet capture tools.

Firewall Administration
Monitor and manage firewall infrastructure.
Troubleshoot connectivity, NAT, VPN, and ACL-related issues.
Implement and validate firewall rule changes as per change management processes.
Experience with one or more platforms:
Cisco ASA / Firepower
Palo Alto
Fortinet
Check Point

Data Center Operations
Support Data Center network infrastructure including Core, Distribution, and Access layers.
Monitor Data Center connectivity, rack infrastructure, and network devices.
Coordinate with server, storage, virtualization, and cloud teams.
Assist with network implementation, migration, and upgrade activities.
