Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates while ensuring a smooth hiring process. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
Maintain candidate records and recruitment documentation.
Ensure timely follow-ups and provide a positive candidate experience.
Prepare recruitment reports and update hiring trackers using MS Excel.

Requirements:
6 months–3 years of recruitment experience (Freshers with excellent communication may also apply).
Solid interpersonal and communication skills.
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment tools.
Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
